After a good 10.5 hours of rest, I go grab lunch nearby. Luke brings me to this beef noodle eatery.
This is Darian's dry beef noodle. You see some soup in the bowl but this is their version of dry noodles. They don't serve soup with it. 
$5 Beef noodles. The sliced beef is extremely tender and the soup is flavorful! The so-called noodle is crinkled udon noodles.
At 12, the lunch crowd starts streaming in and the eatery is filled up quickly.
Yvonne, Luke and I go to 士林夜市 for dinner right after work. We are famished and we can eat a cow!!! Haha. We have oyster egg, prawn egg and taiwan's version of tempura. I am too hungry and I didn't take a picture of our dinner.
Look how long the queue to 豪大雞扒 is!! It's crazy!! We join the line while waiting for Yvonne who has gone to get food.

A travel programme host from Japan joins the crowd too. The boss of the stall brings her to the front of the line when he spots her in the queue. We ask a photo with her but we are turned down by thejavascript:void(0) translater.

We get back to hotel before the clock ticks 12 and in no time, I am on the bed, watching the plentiful local variety shows which are shown round the clock!
MoMo, Strawberry Shortcake, Tazzie and I have our lunch at Nijumaru. The restaurant serves authentic Japanese cuisine and the interior is like those we find in Japan. We feel like we are dining in Japan. Wahaha.

You can see the car owners waiting outside the car park (extreme right hand side bottom) for the car lift to bring down the car from the slot. The car park is operated electronically. From what I gather, you input the car location into a panel and the car will be sent down by the lift. Damn cool, isn't it?

I rise at 4am and fail to sleep on after that. When 8 arrives, I pop into Mos Burger in the vicinity. I am the first and only customer in the fast food restaurant.

Tiny cheese burger.
It's less than ten degree celcius outside and I need a hot cup of tea to warm my body. Mos Burger serves coffee/tea in a mug with cover. Japanese are extremely meticulous when it comes to service. And I notice a glass of ice water accompanies any hot beverage. So sweeeet!

Time for lunch and this is my first meal of the day, at CoCo Curry House.
Salad consisting of autumn vegetables and daikon is one of them. It is only available till end of November. The thinly shaved daikon is crunchy and taste good with the dressing.
Chicken cutlet curry rice. All the Japanese curry I have tasted so far is never spicy, so I pick level 4 out of 6. And the curry turns out too spicy for me.
Here's my shopping for the day!! I am so glad to stock up my tooth brushes and snacks!!! To my disappointment, I couldn't find my favorite spicy potato chips.
It's my first time getting ORA2 tooth paste and mouth wash. Hope the products are good.
After leaving my shopping in the room, I leave for Bic Camera.

I wasn't looking at pants in the store. When I brought a few pieces of dresses to the fitting room, I saw the sales girl in this pair of pants which looked pretty cool to me. Hmmm.. this pair I got is size 4 (Medium) which is the smallest size available. I love it so much that I didn't mind putting on a pair of slightly over-sized pants. Hee.
I bought another blouse which cost me USD29.95 and I was extremely happy to find my size when I visited the store again.
After I left San Francisco, my friend went back to the store and she brought back 3 new dresses at a steal! I am so jealous of her!! They are all so pretty!
This is our first meal of the day, at five in the evening! I have a hard time waking man!! I am close to giving dinner a pass. Gavin, Chris, Shih Yee and I are all famished.

This dish is made of steam egg with century egg. Chris said it's his wife, Vernicia's favorite dish. It takes 15mins to steam the eggs.
My LOVE!! I love this dress very much and it comes in white and ivory. This dress which catches my eyes is ideal to be worn at weddings. It's not expensive but I didn't buy it as I reckon I don't have many weddings to attend as most of my friends are married ;)

This bouquet is done by a man who loses one leg and he is resting the amputated leg on one clutch. But his hand movements are swift when he wraps the flowers for me.
I go to bed early as I am going to have a long day out tomorrow. I doze off at 11pm but wake at 1am!!! Gosh!! Must be the tea I had at 5pm!! The caffeine is keeping me awake!!

Oh dear! One hour has passed and I am still wide awake although I am feeling tired. I think I toss and turn on the bed until 6 in the morning!
Today, I have half a day with SW, who arrived last night. She calls at 5.30am and we have breakfast in the hotel an hour later. After filling our stomachs, we head out for the world's most crooked street, the Lombard Street. After that, we are contemplating to make a trip to Golden Gate Bridge and we end up at Fisherman's Wharf instead. When we get there, we are too tired and lose interest in shooting. As we are about to leave Fisherman's Wharf, a seagull's droppings plant itself on my head!! :S Luckily, we have water with us, so we manage to get rid of the poo poo.
