I bring a brand new camera, I bought last night, for shoot today. Our first stop is Kampong Lorong Buangkok. This is the last kampong you can find in Singapore. Many houses have been torn down many years ago, leaving a handful behind. This visit reminds me of my fun-filled childhood days living in a Kampong in Sembawang. I last visited it 15 years ago and my old house has been demolished and new HDB flats have given the area a facelift which was beyond recognition. Nevertheless, they are very precious memories.










My friends and I are famished and we go to Jalan Kayu in the vicinity, to have our first meal of the day. Hee. All of us come to the kampong visit with an empty stomach.


This huge tosai is for all to share and we didn't manage to finish it.

After lunch, we head for the Singapore Botanic Garden for part two of our shoot as my friends didn't do much shooting at the kampong. We end up having a whale of a time at the garden, shooting and posing for photos! Thanks for the fabulous day, Kiko, SW and Gapman!!

Eye Candy and I are the models today!! We have our shoot at Raffles Hotel. After the shoot, we have our dinner at The Handburger. Our burger turns out to be tasty! Eye Candy is stuffed and I help her with part of her fries. And I end up over-stuffing myself!! Ha.


This burger belongs to the gentleman seated next to me. It's so interesting and I cannot resist shooting it.


A burger comes with a side. You can choose from cold tomato or fries. There's coleslaw in the tomato. It looks good, yah? I wish I can have a bite. ^^

After dinner, Eye candy accompanied me to get my new DSLR camera I couldn't wait to lay my hands on. Once I get home, I start charging the battery so that I could bring out my new gear for shoot tommorrow.

I am stranded at Botanic Garden for 3 hours because of the heavy downpour which started at lunch time! I am delayed for my second shoot today. The rain makes Singapore so romantic ~

Here's what I am bringing on my upcoming trip to a bitterly cold city. The temperature ranges from -4 to 6 degree celcius today! Can you imagine how cold it will get in wintertime?! I have to keep my head, ears and hands warm in such extreme weather as I am afraid of the cold.

Am so pleased I am done packing my winter wear too! I shall pack my foot wear and socks another day. Where are my socks? Haha. Hmmm.. so much stuffs to pack for winter :(

My model is baby Robyn. She is 5 months 18 days old. This is the first time I am meeting her. Isn't she adorable??!!

This is my first attempt shooting dogs. As Kiko has a lovely poodle, I shall make Chanelle my model. I was told Chanelle is cuter when she was younger as her fur was in a darker shade of brown and she looks like a soft toy! Ha.

Chanelle is such a proud model. Whenever she knows I am shooting her, she would choose to look away. It's really hard to get her to look into my direction.

The overall experience was not frightening as she is gentle and she wouldn't come close to me. Hence, my fear goes away very quickly.

I am looking forward to my stay in W hotel in Seoul, although the location is not fantastic!! We choose luxury over location ;) We must spend more time in the hotel then. Hmmm.. from the pictures of wonderful room, I can tell the room is not too spacious. Bet it's perfect for the three of us!

Today is the 4th day of my annual leave and it's the first day of my planned photo-marathon. The model of the day is baby Edric. He is 9 months 7 days old today. I have not shoot him for a month. He looks less babyish now! Hee. He is able to sit on his own and learning to stand on his feet.

By the time we get to Vivo City, it's 2.30pm and I am starved! As soon as the chicken soup arrives, I empty the bowl in no time, although the soup is not made from scratch.

This is dinner I get from the food court near the casino. It's nasi goreng and it tastes horrible this time!! They use curry powder to fry the rice. This unsatisfactory meal costs me A$13.20!! Glad my favorite lemon soda never fails me! 2 hours later, I have my second round!
