Rested for six hours last night and I have to eat a good meal before work to give me energy, to kick start my daylong work today!

Gosh! I work eight hours non-stop today! YES! NON-STOP!! It's like a good workout yah?!
After a hearty meal last night, I fell asleep at ten o'clock and wake at ten in the morning! (which is 5pm-5am in Singapore). I watch a movie before I step out at 12 noon.

I have never enjoyed shopping in New Zealand as the local brands do not make my heart beat faster.

Have always heard thermal wear for mountain climbing use is the warmest. I have seen a colleague wearing such thermal wear and a tee shirt over it plus a jacket in winter! And he said it keeps him warm! Hence, when I pass by Kathmandu today, I pop into the store to find out more.
Thermal wear is going at half price now! So, I get myself a set at NZ$69.95. Hope it really keeps me warm in extreme winter.
Ice Breaker (Pure New Zealand Merino) is selling a top at NZ$100 plus before 30% discount. I bet they are good as the thermal wear is made from Merino. It's way off my budget so I didn't any from Ice Breaker.
I also pop into New Zealand Yarn and get myself a pair of Merino & Possum glove which is only available in New Zealand. I am told Russians get their winter wear here too! Cannot wait to wear them in winter!

After two hours of nap, I am out to find dinner. This beef bulgogi soup is delicious! I love it.
I have to wake at ten in the morning the next day, but I only manage to snooze at four am!
I knock off at lunch time and only wake in the evening for my first meal. Glad to find the chinese eatery I used to frequent. I go for roast duck with rice and gladly see a drumbstick on my plate. Yummy!

I wake at nine o'clock to visit little Marcus and his mommy today. He is such a happy baby! ^^

In the afternoon, I meet up with a colleague, Clein, whom I am actively in contact on Facebook. It was a last minute plan as the date was planned the night before I retire. It is my first time going out with her and it turns out to be fun! We have a great time catching up with each other!
We catch Black Swan together and we love the movie!
Synopsis

Caramel is located right next to the cinema. The tea time special starts from 3pm-6pm. We pay $10+++ for a pot of tea and a slice of delicious cake.
I have a pot of Lemon Bush tea, which is one of the two decaffeinated tea served here, and a slice of Black Forest. The cherry sitting atop the cake is soaked in brandy! Gosh! I am like downing a glass of brandy neat!
We share our work experiences, our future and our life. I get to know this girl better. Most importantly, we enjoy each others' company.

Today's my third Lunar New Year visiting. Kevin & I pay Vivien a visit. Steamboat dinner at her house is our first meal of the day. Haha. Thank you for the sumptuous meal!!

Yay! I rest till 4pm and step out to find food. It's extremely gusty and I have difficulty walking in the strong wind. When the wind stops, I start running as fast as I could before the wind comes again.
I am so delighted the weather for the past two days were sunny and it was joyful walking in the wintertime.
Am extremely hungry when I wake at two am as I have skipped dinner last night.
Philip calls for breakfast at eight o'clock, when I have snoozed for an hour and I push our outing to twelve, as I have difficulty waking. Thanks for accommodating me!! :)
After a four hour nap, I am well-rested and feeling stark fresh. This is the first time I don't feel sluggish when I am in America.

New egg tart flavors which I give them a miss. I stick to the original egg tart! 
I am told this street is a popular movie filming location.
We are drinking hot tea on the stairs to the playground as he doesn't want to sit on the benches which are stained with bird's droppings. 
Enjoying hot bubble milk tea!
I am so happy to find hot bubble milk tea in Quickly as I have a sudden craving for bubble milk tea! It tastes as good as chilled one!
On the way to Brooklyn Bridge, we pass by a slush-filled playground, which makes me go agog! I am exhilarated to see snow and I cannot stop snapping pictures!
This is my third time to Brooklyn Bridge. The first time was in summertime. I don't mind revisiting her as I believe it's a different kind of experience in every season. Although I have missed the heavy snow prior my trip, but I am elated to catch traces left behind by the blizzard.
I am enjoying a leisure walk on the bridge whereas Philip is shooting away!
This is a beautiful park right next to City Hall station. I am awed by it's beauty and I request to make a stop to take some photos.
My companion is busy snapping again, so I take my time to admire the pretty neon lights.
Hian is telling me about Apple Bee's food she enjoys on her last visit, this morning, and wanting me to give it a try.
To my surprise, I find Apple Bee's as we emerge from the underground train station and Phillip agrees to have dinner there, after dropping by Toy' R Us as he wants to get a toy gun for his two year old son.
We end our day at eight in the evening, with dazzling joy. Thanks for the great company, Philip, it is fun hanging out with you today! Not forgetting the tonnes of well-composed pictures of me with the snow! Philips starts shooting with film DSLR when he joined the company, hence, I do not have to guide him in shooting with my camera.
The good food, marvelous company, perfect weather makes me beaming with joy till the minute I doze off. Ain't I lucky?
