It's 6.20am now and I haven't had a wink the entire night! :( I am feeling peckish and am craving for a hot breakfast. I will leave my house early to grab breakfast before attending my course today.


I arrive Toah Payoh at 7.45am and have my breakfast at Mac Donald's. I have Big Breakfast and I feel much better after filling my stomach with hot food.


Amy, a colleague brings me to Toa Payoh Vista Market for lunch. I have pork patty with salted egg ($3.30) and a double boiled soup of the day($3.30). She is a big fan of the Hong Kong chef Lim. She will travel with her husband all the way from home in Sengkang, to Toa Payoh to have lunch here and pack dinner home.


Amy says Chef Lim food is fresh and good. He doesn't add MSG into his food. On a good day, his food runs out by 1pm!



I am a walking zombie today! When the trainer dismisses us at 5pm, I hop onto an express bus, bringing me home and in 13mins' time, I get home. I dive into bed shortly after!!
