After resting 11 hours, I get out of bed to get lunch. When I look out of the room, I am greeted by grey cloudy sky again.

When I arrive Giraffe, it's already filled with lunch crowd. The menu says, we serve lunch at a happy price to make you happy. I bet all patrons left happy! They did it!

I merely have to top up 2.95 quids for a mug of hot sweet potato soup. I am contemplating between soup or dessert, as the latter is always my top pick. I pick something hot as it's real freezing outside.

This is my set lunch which costs 6.95 quids, which comes with a fizzy drink. Such an economical set lunch, isn't it?

I slept from 9pm-7am, after dinner and shopping. It's 3pm back home when I wake. Glad I manage to snooze a couple of hours, an hour later. By 12 noon, I am up and out. My first stop is Piccadilly Circus. I hop onto a bus right across the hotel. Love the convenience!!

I recollect spending Lunar New Year many years back with Lynn, Rachael and Elsie, when I see the lobster bee hoon poster on the wall, when having lunch in the restaurant I frequent.

Woosh! I am hopping from River Island to Topshop, not missing any of my favorite stores on Oxford Street! And making Primark, located at the far end, my last stop. It's filled with people and I lose interest in browsing as I do not wish to spend too much time waiting in the line to make payment. Furthermore, I do not have faith in the quality of the goods. My brand new tights tore on my first wear. Poor quality, yah? In 10 minutes, I am out and decide to get back to Holland Park to get dinner.

Green chicken curry.

Stir-fry aubergine with chilli.

I am so happy with my dinner although it's a little pricey, as I spend 16.15 pounds for it.

This is my first purchase. It's Zara long top. It was 19 pounds and now, 9.99 pounds. I love it's color.

This French Connection coat was priced at 180 pounds (original price) then 90 pounds and when I bring it to cashier, to my delight, I am told it's 45 pounds!! What a steal! A great sense of satisfaction surges me! Haha! Fancy finding such a pretty coat at 45 pounds! Ain't I lucky, as there's only two pieces of size 6 left on the rack.

Yes! It's only S$91.35, under $100!

A new top from River Island :)

My weak heart sank yesterday when I stepped into Swarovski to see the ring I bought last month has been slashed to 44 pounds, after a 60% discount!! I paid 110 pounds for it! Hence, I pick something from the sales corner to appease myself. This ring is going at 60% discount off the full price too!

Cannot wait to dive into the bed, as I have been up since two am, this morning! Before I do that, I have to fill my rumbling stomach.

Dinner in the posh food court in the mall. Look! Am given a glass for my fizzy drink.

I love shopping for food stuffs overseas, as I get to sweep all my favorites home!

I have barely 48 hours this trip. Hence, I have to fully utilize my time! After work, I make a trip to the nearby mall for dinner and shopping. Although I didn't find anything which catches my eyes, but I return with a bagful of food stuffs from Marks & Spencer.

Each costs less than S$2!!

Am dead exhausted!! Going to snooze soon!

I am back to Giraffe for a meal, as the Thai restaurant near Holland Park station won't be open until twelve noon.

I cannot resist dessert!! Hence, I must have one to end my meal with. This warm brownie is sooooo delicious!

Since it's still early and I have rested pretty well last night, I shall spend some time in the mall as I am stuffed.

It's time for me to leave. I am so happy with my purchases from Mamas & Papas. They have extremely lovely baby & children clothings!

After resting four hours, I rise at 6 to get ready for work. It's going to be a long day for me. I pray that I would not make any blunder today, due to lack of rest.

It's my first time in Sherperd Bush. After a nice hot shower, I step out to find dinner.

I like the embience here.

My bottle of water has arrived and I am waiting patiently for my dinner. I am kinda excited to see how my food turns out..

Tada! Here's the stir fried noodles with duck and mixed vegetables. It tastes a little sweet and I am quite happy with it.

This is the only oriental dish here. They serve mostly burgers.

A unique way to present bill.

After dinner, I have a relaxing walk back to the hotel, walking in Holland Park, a very peaceful and tranquil residential estate. The residents in this area are indeed very lucky to reside in such a pleasant neighborhood!!

Back to hotel to retire, to get my well-deserved sleep! Oh yes, my long-awaited moment to lay on the bed for the next 12 hours, is here!

48hrs in London

Upon arriving hotel, I quickly fill my stomach up, after a hot shower, to regain some energy. After dinner, I head to High Street Kensington to get some stuffs from Marks & Spencer and I return with mostly my favourites!! (Some of them are gifts for friends)

What a gloomy day.. (View from my room at 9am)

Breakfast at The Muffin Man

Toasted scone with strawberry jam & devon cheese and my favorite Earl Grey tea.

This is divine!!!! The toasted scone is so crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It tastes better when u spread cheese & jam on it. This tea set cost me 5.50 pound. And I left the cafe feeling extremely satisfied with my breakfast ;)

After a happy breakfast, I head to Leicester Square to purchase ticket for musical, Billy Elliot, which I plan to catch tonight. This is the stall I normally get my tickets from as the price is one of the lowest in this area. Get myself a ticket at 25 pound (S$55) this time.
