28.7.2009 Day Three

Good morning, New York City! I rise at 6am today and rested 12hrs last night. I get out of bed to shoot my doll when I see sunlight streaming into my room.

I quickly turn on the television to check the weather forecast on the morning news. It says sunny but 20% of scattered storm is expected. Hence, I get ready immediately to leave for Brooklyn Bridge, hoping to avoid the storm if it comes later in the day.

The Brooklyn Bridge is one of the oldest suspension bridges in the United States, stretching 1825m over the East River, connecting the New York City boroughs of Manhattan and Brooklyn.

The Manhattan Bridge is a suspension bridge that crosses the East River in New York City, connecting Lower Manhattan with Brooklyn.

After lunch, I walk back to hotel hurriedly as the heat is seriously unbearable! The first thing I do is to swig an ice cold drink!

I spend the whole evening reading until 7pm, that's when I have problem keeping my eyes open ;)
