Spicy & sour seafood soup with silken tofu.
Pan fried dumpling.
Xiao long bao.
Roasted pork bun.
Bean curd in soya sauce.
Congee.
Jade at Fullerton Hotel is offering Dim Sum on weekends only at S$28+++ to draw local crowd to the restaurant. The weekend buffet is fully booked until September and I asked to be put on waiting list, last Saturday. I was lucky as they decided to place an additional table inorder to slot me in!
